Graphite polystyrene (extrusion method)


S-32 introduced infrared absorbent materials, including natural flake graphite and graphite particles, into polystyrene polymer materials by extrusion method. The flake graphite absorbed and reflected radiant energy in the foamed beads, which improved the thermal insulation function of the flexible polystyrene core.

1. S-32 uses extrusion method to introduce infrared absorption materials - natural flake graphite, graphite particles into polystyrene polymer materials;
2. Flake graphite absorbs and reflects radiant energy in the foamed beads, which improves the adiabatic function of the flexible polystyrene core;
3. The mechanical properties and molecular weight of graphite polystyrene polymer were improved by toughening agent and reinforcing agent;
4. The thermal conductivity of S-32 is less than 0.032W/M.K, the thermal conductivity of ordinary EPS is 0.039W /M.K, and the thermal insulation performance of S-32 is improved by more than 25%;
5. Combustion performance reaches B1 level requirements, oxygen index ≥32;
6. S-32 series products are mainly used in passive rooms and high standard energy-saving buildings;
7. S-32 has higher molecular weight and high compression strength;
8. Better dimensional stability of products;
